After a few weeks of inactivity due to COVID, that also stopped us taking our rightful spot at the top of the ladder and enabling a home final, the girls headed out to the home of Therry Penola for a top of the table finals clash, with no spectators allowed. Heavy rain over night made the game somewhat of a slog, and it was a closely fought affair all day.
Midway through the last quarter the Pink Panthers goaled to go 2 goals up, but Therry came back with 2 goals of their own to level with minutes to go, but the Ladies prevailed with a point in the dying minutes to win by the narrowest of margins.

We now get another week off, but hopefully time for restrictions to ease so we can all be there to cheer the girls on in the Grand Final against either Old Melburnians or Therry Penola who will play off in the Preliminary final next week.
