The Old Mentonians Football Club are seeking expressions of interest for a talented and driven coach to lead the performance of the Old Mentonians Women’s Football team to compete in the VAFA competition. We are looking for a coach who is passionate about women’s football and will uphold and build our culture of acceptance and inclusion
Job Purpose: To lead the performance of the Old Mentonians Football Club’s Women’s list
Key Responsibilities will include:
Plan, prepare, execute and review the football program, one which effectively teaches and implement a robust game plan recognising the strengths and capabilities of the squad
Lead coaching and team culture of the list to compete in the VAFA competition in a competitive and respected manner building sustained team success aligned with Club values
Promoting the Club and its brand
Relationship management across diverse stakeholder groups
About You
To succeed in this role you will need to possess:
Minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation, or working towards Level 1 (Essential)
Recent coaching experience (Desired)
Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal (Essential)
Ability to provide feedback to the playing group in an open and professional manner (Essential)
